Description:
This 1961 Corvette Convertible full restoration. Powered by a 283/270hp vin on block is 107128 with suffix code CU. This engine is as close as you can get to numbers matching. 4 speed manual transmission only 7,013 produced that year. Equipped with original wonder bar radio, factory gauges, crank windows, black soft top, dual exhaust, wide white tires, factory hubcaps, painted steel rims, new windshield with seal, new rear emblem, and new exhaust.
The paint looks great and looks to be a semi older repaint. Upon close inspection you will some a few minor chips and blemishes which appear to be caused from normal driving. Chrome bumpers are new along with most of the stainless trim, which has been polished to a like chrome finish. The original steel wheels are mounted to new vintage wide white tires with excellent factory hub caps. The gauges work and look great with no fading or cracking. The weather stripping has been replaced and seals great. The leather seats show almost no wear and the newer original style carpet is excellent with no wear spots.
